Who Else Wants a Panel Van?

Who doesn’t love a panel van? Ford stopped making these unique cars years ago. When my search turned up nothing, I decided to make one for myself as a homage to the fondly remembered automotive. Now you can enjoy one too, and start vanning again.

Why choose The New Panel Van?

Comfort

A Panel Van is a lot more comfortable to drive than an ordinary van. It is more stable and being a passenger sedan, meets higher standards of safety.

Like King-sized Beds? The New Panel Van is longer.

The rear cabin measures in at a luxurious 2.4 m, the interior is the only one in Australia that can fit the tallest men. That means not having to bend around trying to get a good nights sleep or for other night time activities. (wink!)

Your are going to be so cool

Notwithstanding that you will be driving an icon of the seventies, the van is actually very cool inside. Pilot vehicle drivers love our vans because with our insulation, it is very cool to sleep inside during hot summer nights, and warm in winter. Young surfers sleep by the beach to catch the best surf in the morning.

You are going to be so HOT

Proud owners tell me that traffic literally slows down when they drive around town. The panel van hasn’t been seen in years. As a sedan delivery vehicle, your panel van has plenty of space to run your company logos and advertisements. Promote your business for free by just driving around town.  No need to drive a Maserati to turn heads.

Cold goods - not a problem.

The body is not made of cheap, thin, sheet metal, which gets hot in summer.

The fiberglass body  is insulated with 25 mm of high density polyurethane foam made in U.S.A. This is the best insulation standard that sets the benchmark for other to follow. We can even outfit it with refrigeration. Most of our customers come from transportation industries where they are legally required to prevent spoilage when delivering. It doesn’t matter whether you are a fruiterer or a blood bank employee, your goods will stay cool as cucumbers.

The New Panel Van keeps on working even when your ute stops

Pranged your vehicle? Not a problem. Hire another ute while your ute is in the workshop, unbolt the body and mount it on the other ute. Your ute may have a day off, but your guys still keep on working. Do the numbers, and call me if you don’t think it makes good financial sense.

The New Panel Van keeps its value

When you are ready to buy a new ute, simply unbolt the panel van body, and bolt it on your new ute.

You will sell your old ute in no time if you put a tray on the back of it. There is a big market in a second hand one tonne utility workhorse.

Tradespeople - get insured!

Your commercial tools will be insured because the panel van is a commercial vehicle that can properly lock up everything. You can carry a gross weight of 900 kgs. That’s a lot of tools!
